3 Counties Cross Country - Dunstable

• Dunstable Road Runners Club
• Sunday 11 January 2015
• 10:30 am
• Creasey Park Community Football Centre, Creasey Park Drive, Dunstable, Bedfordshire LU6 1BB
• Facilities:
o The Race HQ is a modern facility which offers us plenty of men's and ladies toilets and changing/ shower facilities.
o PLEASE NOTE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE OUTSIDE SHOES, XC STUDS OR SPIKES TO BE WORN IN THE FACILITY/CLUB.
• Runners notes/Course:
o Please note the race start is 10-15 minute walk (0.6 miles) from the Race HQ.
o The 1 lap course of 4.6 miles is a mixture of bridle ways and footpaths and are mostly grass with several short stony or gravel sections.
o The course route is usually quite muddy in January.
o Please remember as runners that we do not have exclusive use of this course on the day.
